Charan Gadhvi Vivah is an exclusive matrimonial portal created strictly for the members of the Charan and Gadhvi communities.

• Linage Requirement: You must belong to the Charan or Gadhvi community by birth or descent. Registration by other communities is strictly prohibited and results in immediate deletion of profile.
• Age Restriction: Males must be 21 years of age or older, and females must be 18 years of age or older to register.
• Marital Purpose: The platform is designed solely for serious matrimonial matches. Use of the site for dating, friendship, or non-matrimonial networking is not permitted.

2. User Behavior & Trust

To maintain a family-friendly and respectful digital environment:

• All interaction, messaging, and profile bios must contain polite, clear, and dignified language.
• Abusive, obscene, discriminatory, or harassing messages are strictly prohibited.
• Profiles must not contain promotional banners, corporate ads, or external hyperlinks.

3. Profile Authenticity

Users are fully responsible for the accuracy of their profiles:

• Profiles found to contain false photos, fake gotras, incorrect educational credentials, or duplicate listings will be suspended immediately.
• Photos uploaded must be real, recent, and clear. Cartoon characters, group pictures, or stock photos are not allowed as primary profile images.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Charan Gadhvi Vivah offers premium matchmaking tiers. By upgrading:

• You agree to pay all related fees through secure payment processing gateways.
• Premium activation offers direct access to sending interests, viewing phone numbers, and messaging accepted matches.
• Subscriptions are personal and cannot be transferred to other profiles.

5. Admin Rights & Ban Policy

The Charan Gadhvi Vivah administration holds final authority over platform management:
